If you have to cancel a place on an event or a workshop booking the following applies: In the event of a cancellation you must telephone and notify positive About Autism as soon as possible followed by confirmation in writing. The following charges will be made:-
  
    * The total charge for the event if notice of cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the event
    * 50% of the total charge if notice of cancellation is received between 28 and 7 days prior to the event
  
Substitute delegates are welcome at anytime. Just let us know who they are, and who they are replacing: call us or email us.
  
From time to time we will need to make changes to events. We will always let you know about changes with as much notice as possible.
  
You will be refunded in full if an event or workshop gets cancelled by us.
